DESCRIPTION. Estimated 2008 13.3h Grey Arabian (or Arab Cross) Filly. Grey was rescued by the HS/SPCA of Sumter County, FL, and is now in foster care. She had been severely malnourished and virtually unhandled until arriving at her foster home. She is in great foster care right now, and is very healthy. Now she has a puppy dog personality, and would prefer that people have bigger pockets, so that she could fit inside them. Grey will leave the whole herd of horses to come up and get some attention from her human friends. She picks up all her feet, allows touch all over, leads, lunges/circles, back off of a wiggle or pressure on halter, wears a saddle blanket, walks over tarps, drops her head to pressure, can easily be caught and haltered, etc. She is very laid back by nature, but extremely curious and always investigating anything new. She is going through some growth spurts right now, so should finish a tad taller and will fill out more, as well. Grey is a cute mover, and will make a great English prospect. ADOPTION FEE. The SPCA is asking for a $400 adoption fee, which acts as a donation to help reimburse the fees that they have had to cover during the rehabilitation of almost 40 horses!
